RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
We use the Windows default feature of automation to implement RPA to the difficult-to-operate softwares. By using open source software for the RPA operation, the introduction of RPA becomes easier than using ordinary RPA softwares.

CAD template
We standardize the part shapes based on the client design standards and then implement the part shape rules to a CAD template. This makes it possible to study variations easier, improve the quality of parts diversions, and shorten the lead time.

CAD feature expansion
We build the lean development environment by customizing the CAD work automations. By using a license-free API to customize program in the CAD, the introduction of RPA becomes easier.
Project example：Automatic placement of door trim fastening structures
The door trim clip’s fitting structure can be automatically placed according to the shape of the door trim. From the given design standards (either tiff or pdf format) and product specifications owned by the client, application will automatically read the position information where the structure is placed with appropriate type and dimensions of it, the clip fastening template prepared in advance will be inserted automatically by the CAD automation program.
