SOLIZE USA Corporation, engineering partner in the product development of the manufacturing industry, entered into a non-exclusive sales representative agreement with Predictronics Corporation (Ohaio,USA) which is the developer of certain computer software products related to industrial artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and data engineering , and such other technical expertise and related professional services.

Under this agreement, SOLIZE USA will market and sell their product and services to the customers within the US territory.
