Joint Use of Customer Information within the SOLIZE Group

SOLIZE Holdings Corporation (hereinafter, “the Company”) transitioned to a holding company structure through a company split effective July 1, 2025 (hereinafter, “the Transition”).

In connection with the Transition, information provided by customers in the course of transactions with the Company and its consolidated subsidiaries (collectively, the “SOLIZE Group”), including personal information, will be jointly used to support proper Group management and risk management under the leadership of the Company. It will also enable SOLIZE Group companies to collaborate, drawing on their respective expertise, to provide customers with higher-value services. Such joint use will be conducted in the same manner described in Section 4, “About providing and acquiring personal information from a third party,” of the “About the Handling of Personal Information” page on this website.
