Yasutoshi Kudo is the President & Chief Executive Officer of SOLIZE Corporation. In 2017, he became Executive Vice President of SOLIZE Corporation and President of SOLIZE Engineering Corporation (Currently SOLIZE Corporation). In 2010, he became Head of HR & GA of INCS, Inc. (Currently SOLIZE Corporation). In 2008, he became Executive Vice President of INCS Engineering, Inc. (Currently SOLIZE Engineering Corporation). He joined INCS, Inc. in 2005.

Kazushige Kinoshita is the Director, Member of the Board. Prior to this role, he serves as the Executive Officer of Finance of SOLIZE Corporation and the Department Head of Group Finance Department since 2021 and serves as the director of SOLIZE Shanghai Corporation since 2020. In 2020 he became the Executive Officer of Group Finance Department and responsible of Internal control of SOLIZE Corporation. In 2019 he became the Department Head of Group Finance Department and the General Manager of Internal Control of SOLIZE Corporation. In 2018 he joined SOLIZE Corporation and became the Department Head of Group Finance Department.

Hiroyuki Suzumura became Director, Member of the Board of SOLIZE Corporation in 2020. He served more than 40 years in the development field in the automotive OEM companies. He was Executive Technical Adviser of Hino Motors, Ltd. from 2016 to 2019. In 2011, he was named Managing Officer. In 2006, he transferred from Toyota Motor Corporation to Hino Motors, Ltd. and became Executive Officer.

Takemi Nagasaka became Director, Member of the Board of SOLIZE Corporation in 2020. He served as Audit & Supervisory Board Member of SOLIZE since 2016. He was appointed Senior Advisor of Sony Corporation in 2015. In 2010 he was appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Executive in charge of Accounting of Sony Corporation. In 2004 he was named General Manager, Accounting of Sony Corporation.

Hidetaka Yamada has served as Audit & Supervisory Board Member of SOLIZE Corporation since 2015. He was appointed Associate Advisor of Konica Minolta, Inc. in 2013. He was appointed Audit & Supervisory Board Member of Konica Minolta MG, Inc. in 2009. In 2006 he was appointed Executive Vice President, Konica Minolta Business Technologies, Inc.

Yoichi Tomihara has served as Audit & Supervisory Board Member of SOLIZE Corporation since 2016. In 2012 he was appointed Chairman & CEO of Toyota Financial Services Corporation in charge of Europe and Africa Region. In 2007 he was appointed President of Toyota Canada Incorporated. In 2005 he was appointed Junior Director of Toyota Motor Corporation.

Satoshi Kawamoto became Audit & Supervisory Board Member of SOLIZE Corporation in 2020. In 2019, he worked in the Energy Business Admiration Division of Hitachi Ltd. In 2014, he was named Vice President and Executive Officer, General Manager of Management Strategy Division of Clarion Co., Ltd. In 2010, he was appointed Executive Officer, Deputy General Manager of Management Strategy Division of Clarion Co., Ltd.
