We Focus on Skill Improvements Through Internal MBD Training
Our engineers receive several months of training in mathematics, physics, controls, and automotive engineering. Furthermore, we provide our team with systematized training in programming, embedding, and model-based development. This means that every fully-trained engineer is well-versed in model-based development, and numerous customized training programs also enable their acquisition of the skills required for specific customer needs and environments.
Program
The MBD training programs at SOLIZE are based on ETSS-JMAAB, a guidebook released for MBD engineering training in the automotive industry. It contains programs for experience in real model-based development. Engineers are trained to industry-ready through experience of the flow of requirement analysis, creation of test specifications, modeling, and verification.
